Automatic Filing Terms

What you are enrolling in

Hands-off yearly filing means that each year, when the entity's Nevada Annual List comes due, we file the Annual List and the State Business License renewal for you, using the information from your last filing unless you have changed it, and charge the card on file. You choose this at checkout; a one-time filing without enrollment is offered beside it.

What we charge and when

Each yearly filing is charged at our preparation fee of $29 plus the state fees in effect at the time of filing (currently $150 for the Annual List and $200 or $500 for the State Business License depending on entity type). The charge is made about ten days before the due date, on the date stated in the final notice, and only after we have verified with the state that the filing is due. If we change our preparation fee we email you at least 30 days before the first yearly filing at the new price.

Notices before each filing

We email you about 60, 30 and 14 days before the filing. Each email shows exactly what we will file and what we will charge, and links to review, change or cancel. The 14-day notice states the filing date and the amounts.

Changing the information

You can update officers, managers, members, addresses, business license details and the signer from your account or from any notice, up to the day before the filing date. Changes to the registered agent are a separate state filing and are not part of this service.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from any notice email or from your account. Cancellation takes effect immediately and we email a confirmation. A filing that has already been submitted to the state is not affected. Nothing is charged after you cancel.

If the card is declined

If the card on file is declined we do not file. We email you a link to update the card and retry daily for seven days. If payment still fails we send a final notice that we could not file, and the enrollment is paused until a working card is added. We never file unpaid, and we are not responsible for penalties that arise while a payment method is not working.

When we do not file

We skip a year, without charging, if the state already shows the Annual List as filed, if the entity's status no longer allows an Annual List, or if we cannot verify the entity with the state. We email you in each case.

Your consent record

When you enroll we record the date, the entity, the amounts shown to you and the version of these terms you accepted, and we show that record in your account. These terms are governed by the Terms of Service.
