NVAnnualReport.com prepares and submits Nevada Annual List and State Business License filings on behalf of Nevada business entities. We do not provide legal advice, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a division of the Nevada Secretary of State.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for confirming that you have authority to sign and file on behalf of the entity.

Fees

We charge a preparation fee for our services. State fees set by the Nevada Secretary of State are passed through at cost.

Automatic filing

If you opt into automatic yearly filing, additional terms apply. See our Automatic Filing Terms.

Limitation of liability

Our liability arising from any filing is limited to the fees you paid us for that filing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
