Refund Policy

Effective September 18, 2026

Before a filing is submitted

Our $29 preparation fee, and any state fees we collected with it, are refunded in full if you cancel before we submit the filing to the Nevada Secretary of State. Cancel from your account, from any email we sent about the filing, or through the contact page.

After a filing is submitted

Once a filing is submitted, state fees are not refundable because the Nevada Secretary of State does not refund them to us. The preparation fee for a submitted filing is not refundable either, except as described below.

Rejected or incorrect filings

If the state rejects a filing for a reason within our control, we correct and refile at no charge. If we cannot complete the filing, we refund the preparation fee and any state fees the state did not keep. If a filing is rejected because of information you provided, we tell you what the state needs and refile once you correct it; a second state fee, if the state charges one, is passed through at cost.

Hands-off yearly filing

Each yearly filing is charged only after we verify it is due and only on the date stated in your final notice. Cancelling before that date means nothing is charged. A yearly filing that was charged but not submitted is refunded in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card that was charged, normally within five to ten business days of our confirmation email.
